Our Client is excited to be adding a Director of Information Services to lead the Information Services department. The Senior Systems Analyst works as part of the Professional Services team to deliver information/automation solutions and professional services for client engagements in the financial services sector. Success of solution implementation and integration engagements is through the analysis, planning, logical design, development/integration, testing and documentation of deliverables across the entire solution development lifecycle.

The Senior Project Manager works to deliver business value by leading projects and teams. Fluency in the disciplines of project management for business projects as well as technology projects (application and infrastructure).

We are recruiting on behalf of our client to fulfill a Senior Business Analyst role within a newly established Canadian agribusiness. The Senior Business Analyst is fluent in the disciplines of project management, business requirements solicitation, data analysis, software design and testing and is responsible for working with business users.

The Senior Database Administrator will be responsible for maintaining database systems (internal/external), mentoring junior DBAs on database administration best practices and developing the Database Administration Function.

  • Monitor, maintain database systems and troubleshoot problems that may arise.

The Service Desk analysts are the first point of contact between Resolute and its clients. They are responsible for ensuring that technical incidents and requests for service are logged and assigned correctly. They will be detail oriented with strong end-user interaction/communication skills in both English and French with a strong focus on customer service. Reports directly to the Helpdesk Supervisor.

  • Respond to email and phone requests, in English and French, for technical assistance through established helpdesk ticketing system
  • Perform Level 1 triage/diagnoses of workstation problems reported by end-users and escalate/route issues to the correct resource for further troubleshooting and resolution
  • Provide Asset Management functions using provided software; Tracking, maintaining and updating all changes to assets managed by Resolute to ensure the highest degree of accuracy
  • Assist clients with password resets and ensuring they are able to connect to their computing resources successfully
  • Assist Resolute’s Deskside consultants to accomplish assigned projects and tasks
  • Assist with departmental and/or corporate office moves and additions under Resolute supervision
  • Ensure applicable Resolute standards and policies are solidly applied throughout the desktop environment
  • Recommend improvements to desktop standard policies, processes and procedures for both internal and external clients


The Senior/Infrastructure Specialist is responsible to plan, design, implement and provide advanced level technical support.

The Network Administrator/Senior Deskside Specialist provides technical support by analyzing, diagnosing as well as taking appropriate preventative action to ensure issues are resolved.

The Deskside Specialist/Consultant works as part of the Infrastructure Managed Services team to provide technical support to staff of Resolute and its clients. They will be responsible to ensure issues are resolved within established service levels and have strong end-user interaction/communication skills with the ability to support a wide variety of users through phone and email communication.
