Resolute Technology Solutions was founded in 2005 by Rod De Vos and has since flourished into the bustling business it is today. When the wealth management company that Rod worked for as CIO decided to relocate, Rod and his team members made the decision to stay in Winnipeg and start Resolute, a new IT consulting firm.
Over the past ten years, the team has grown from 5 to 50 employees. The number of clients and projects has increased drastically. The company even needed to move in to a larger office space at 433 Main Street. After a successful decade of completing projects, providing support, and making clients happy, everyone at Resolute is excited to see what the future has to offer.
Since the beginning, the Resolute philosophy has been centered around the belief that if you’re fulfilled and supported in your workplace, you’ll do the best work possible for the client. Resolute team members support each other to do what’s best for the client. Although they may have contact with only one Resolute consultant, clients get the benefit of the collective wisdom and effort of the whole team.
Although the number of employees has grown, the Resolute team is still more like a family and that caring environment carries over to business relationships. We make sure everyone at Resolute has the best quality work experience so that they can deliver the best quality work.

Rod De Vos
During a career that has spanned over 30 years, Rod has held senior IT positions including CIO, VP of Asset Management and Technology, VP of Financial Services System and Director of Architecture.
Office Manager, Corporate
Betty’s office administration and management experience enables her to liaise, while ensuring daily operations are running smoothly. She performs many HR and financial functions as well as coordinates corporate events.
Manager, Infrastructure Managed Services
Sal has over 25 years of experience as an IT professional and has experience in infrastructure management, architecture design, data centre facilities management, 24x7 operations and support.
Manager, Application Management Services
Brian has over 25 years of experience as an IT professional in a number of different sectors including financial services, insurance, telecommunications, public safety, legal and government organizations.
Manager, Systems Integration and Application Development
Al has more than 30 years experience as an IT professional. He has provided systems architecture, analysis, design and implementation services to large financial services institutions in Canada and USA.
